My first wedding anniversary (!!) cake. Vanilla cake, strawberry and raspberry jam, vanilla pastry creme, whipped cream.

Cinco de Mayo birthday piñata cake. 5-layer 7-inch rainbow vanilla cake filled with vanilla buttercream, stuffed with Skittles (for a fiesta vibe).

4-layer 7-inch peanut butter oreo cake. Vanilla sponge with crushed oreo cookies folded in. Filled with oreo pastry cream, peanut butter, crushed peanuts, and chocolate ganache.
