The limit does not exist on ways to dress up this no-churn ice cream base. Easy peasy. But no lemon squeezy. Citrus makes dairy curdle.
Let’s get into it:
The Recipe:
- One pint heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- One 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1t vanilla

Fold sweetened condensed milk and vanilla into the whipped cream. Spread mixture into a freezer-friendly pan and freeze at least 8 hours. That’s it! You have vanilla ice cream.
If you want to get a little fancy….
- Fold in any chopped candy bars!
- Mix in nuts and chocolate!
- Chop up your favorite cookies and get them in there!
- Swirl in some jam!
- Birthday? Sprinkles!
- Try mint cookies and chocolate sauce!
- Soak your favorite cereal in the heavy cream and strain before whipping!
- Use whatever your heart desires (besides citrus)! It’ll be fantastic.
