Ice cream (with no ice cream maker!)

The limit does not exist on ways to dress up this no-churn ice cream base. Easy peasy. But no lemon squeezy. Citrus makes dairy curdle.

Let’s get into it:

The Recipe:

  • One pint heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • One 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1t vanilla

Fold sweetened condensed milk and vanilla into the whipped cream. Spread mixture into a freezer-friendly pan and freeze at least 8 hours. That’s it! You have vanilla ice cream.

If you want to get a little fancy….

  • Fold in any chopped candy bars!
  • Mix in nuts and chocolate!
  • Chop up your favorite cookies and get them in there!
  • Swirl in some jam!
  • Birthday? Sprinkles!
  • Try mint cookies and chocolate sauce!
  • Soak your favorite cereal in the heavy cream and strain before whipping!
  • Use whatever your heart desires (besides citrus)! It’ll be fantastic.
