The limit does not exist on ways to dress up this no-churn ice cream base. Easy peasy. But no lemon squeezy. Citrus makes dairy curdle.
Let’s get into it:

The Recipe:
- One pint heavy whipping cream
- One 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1t vanilla
*************************************************************************************
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream into stiff peaks. Fold sweetened condensed milk and vanilla into the whipped cream. Spread mixture into a freezer-friendly pan/glass bowl. Make sure it’s covered, and freeze at least 8 hours. That’s it! You have vanilla ice cream.
If you want to get a little fancy….
- Fold in any chopped candy bars!
- Mix in nuts and fancy chopped chocolate!
- Chop up your favorite cookies and get them in there!
- Swirl in some jam! AND PEANUT BUTTER! PBJ all day.
- Birthday? Use sprinkles!
- Try mint cookies and chocolate sauce!
- Soak your favorite cereal in the heavy cream, strain it out, then use THAT for whipping! Milk bar, I’m comin’ for ya.
- Use whatever your heart desires (besides citrus, unless it’s a curd)! It’ll be fantastic.
- In the picture, I swirled in some peanut butter, caramel, crushed Oreos, mini chocolate chips, and sprinkles.
